Students are learning the difference between Organic and Geometric SHAPES. We did some quick small paintings to illustrate the different shapes. We used pencils, black sharpies, and watercolors.

Hi Phyl,
These were done by my high school, beginning art students. The individuality pleased me too. It's always a struggle for me to measure the amount of direction I give the students....need to give enough to make them somewhat comfortable, but not too much to take away their personal creativity. This little lesson was a success in that respect:)
